Tragen Sie bei Bedarf eine kleine Menge auf die gereinigte, feuchte Haut auf. Um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen, verwenden Sie es entweder allein nach dem Sprühen, um die Feuchtigkeit einzuschließen, oder über einem Serum oder einer Feuchtigkeitscreme als letzte Schicht Ihrer Routine.

NMF

Der Säuremantel
(auch Hydro-Lipid-Film genannt) – ist eine feine Schicht auf der äußeren Oberfläche unserer Epidermis, die aus einer Mischung abgestorbener Hautzellen, Öle (Talg), Aminosäuren und anderen Hautsekreten und Schweiß* besteht – sie ist der feine Schutzschicht, die zwischen uns und der Welt liegt. Dadurch bleibt die Haut auf einem optimalen, leicht sauren pH-Wert zwischen 4,5 und 6,2, der eine Schutzbarriere und die erste Abwehr des Körpers gegen Viren, Bakterien und andere Krankheitserreger darstellt. Es ist auch unser wichtigster Schutz gegen transepidermalen Wasserverlust (TEWL), was einfach bedeutet, dass Wasser oder Feuchtigkeit aus den tieferen Schichten der Haut entweicht, also Dehydrierung.
